During your Education (Support) Appointment you'll be able to:
- Get help with technical issues
- Learn how to use available features and tools
- Walk through how to make an edit, such as adding in content using the available tools.
- Get with the MINDBODY Integration.
Our Education (Support) team cannot:
- Answer billing questions (please contact our Billing Department at firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance)
- Edit or Photoshop images
- Make changes to the Design template that would require coding.
- Help adjust items within your MINDBODY Consumer or Business Mode.
Be prepared and on time!
Once you've scheduled a time, a confirmation email with Zoom meeting information will be sent to your inbox. You can join from the link or call the provided number within the email. Make sure to check your junk/spam folder if you don't see the confirmation email right away.
PLEASE NOTE: If you are an IIN Student or Alumni, who has not created their IIN trial website account yet, please submit a ticket here. We are not able to create a trial website account over the Appointment.
